Sandquist Produktion’s website puts production photography at the centre of the experience. Visitors can browse the work visually, then open an individual production to see more images and the details behind it.

Each project can include its venue, location, dates, and Sandquist Produktion’s role, giving the photographs context without overwhelming them with text.

Flexible image galleries accommodate different photo proportions, with larger views for a closer look. Production details and photographer credits sit alongside the work, while dedicated about and contact pages help visitors take the next step.

View transitions carry the selected photograph from the gallery into its project page, keeping the work in focus as visitors move from an overview to the details. The logo also moves between its homepage and navigation positions, while page content fades between views.

These small connections give the portfolio a sense of continuity, making navigation feel like moving through one collection of work.

The current website uses Directus to manage project information, page content, and images. New work can be added through an editing interface, keeping routine portfolio updates separate from changes to the website’s design.
